Booking of rooms is carried out in any convenient way for you, which is listed below:
- in the on-line mode, on the hotel's website
- by e-mail: email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org,
- by fax: + 7/7172 / 578-777.
The booking must contain the following information:
- Guests full name
- Date and time of arrival
- Room category
- Number of rooms
- Form of payment (non-cash, cash, credit card)
- Additional services (meeting and / or seeing off, lunches / dinners, rent of a conference hall, etc.).
As a rule, a guaranteed reservation has to be made. To guarantee your reservation, the following options are available:
Deposit (prepayment for the first day at the reception of the hotel "Jumbaktas" at any time convenient for you, before the arrival of the guest)
- Provision of credit card details (pre-blocking of funds in the amount of one night staying cost). To do this, you need to fill out and send us a scanned version of the authorization form, a copy of your passport and credit card.
- Non-cash payment (for legal entities) before the arrival of the guest. You can make payment to the hotel's current account.
In all other cases, booking is considered as a non-guaranteed. The hotel has the right to remove the non-guaranteed reservation.
For corporate guests of the hotel it is enough to send a reservation request in the form of a guarantee letter.
Cancellation without penalties is possible at the latest 24 hours before the time of arrival. In case of non-arrival to the hotel within the specified period or not timely cancellation, a penalty is paid in the amount of one night's stay for each booked room.
The manager of the reservation department carries out a booking confirmation, as specified in the contact information reservation form, no later than 24 hours after receiving the application. Applications sent on weekends and official holidays are serviced on the first business day following the weekend.
